What you need

cup ketchup

tbsp mustard

tsp hot sauce

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp dill pickle

tsp dried chives

tsp sweet paprika

tsp garlic powder

salt & pepper

lb ground beef

tsp avocado oil

tsp paprika

tsp chili powder

cup romaine lettuce

cup white onion

cup diced tomatoes with green chilies

cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
0 First, make the burger sauce. Whisk together all of the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl. Set the sauce aside. 1 Heat a pan on medium heat with avocado oil. Add the ground beef to the pan. Use a heat safe spatula to break up the meat. 3 Add the seasonings and cook the meat until it is no longer pink. It should only take a few minutes. Drain the grease from the meat before adding it to the burger bowls. I used a slotted spoon. 2 Now, it's time to assemble the bowls. Divide the ingredients evenly between four shallow bowls. Place the lettuce on the bottom, add the cooked ground beef on top, shredded cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion. Pour a desired amount of dressing over the top and enjoy!View original recipe
